Ingredients: sweeteners: maltitol syrup, xylitol; wetting agent: purified water; thickening agent: pectin; acidifiers: malic acid, trisodium citrate dihydrate; flavoring: strawberry flavor; dye: black carrot concentrate; melatonin; glazing agent: Carnauba wax; emulsifier: coconat oil .

Recommended dose: Children over 5 years old: Take 1 gummy at bedtime. Adults: Take 1-3 times at bedtime. Jet lag: Take once a day at bedtime, while travelling, and at destination until adapted to the new time zone or daily pattern.

Warnings:
